Ingredients:
Oats
Milk or Curd
Banana
Berry / Strawberry
Dates
Honey
Preparation:
Add berry, dates and oats to a large bowl . Add water to cover and leave at least an inch of water over the oats. Cover and let sit on the counter overnight (10 - 12 hours).
Add the oats to the blender.
Add the remaining smoothie ingredients, and blend until smooth. That’s it. ENJOY!
