Ice Cream

Ingredients:

• 2 cups whipped cream

• 2 to 4 tbsp Condensed milk (depending on taste)

• 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

• 2 pcs ParleG Biscuit for dressing

• 1 tbsp Caramel Sauce for dressing

Method:

• Whisked the cream till it becomes airy and frothy.

• add the vanilla essence

• add the condensed milk and whisk

• Pour the mixture into the container and cover it with aluminum foil/cling paper so that it prevents to form ice crystals.

• Keep this in the freezer for at least 8 hours.

• Take a bowl, add some ParleG biscuit crumb and caramel sauce with the soft creamy vanilla ice cream !! and enjoy with your loved ones.
