Ingredients for Paneer Tikka -
1. Paneer pieces (one inch size)
2. Coriander leaves, chopped- 1 cup
3. Curd - 1 cup
4. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
5. Cumin Powder 2 tsp
6. Coriander powder 2tsp
7. Readymade chicken masala 1 tbsp
8. Readymade Tandoori Chicken Masala 2tbsp
9. Kashmiri lal mirch powder 1 tbsp
10. Kasuri Methi – 2 tbsp
11. Lemon 2 pcs
12. Red chilli powder 1tsp
13. Garam Masala 1tbsp
14. Salt to taste
15. 5 tbsp Mustard oil
16. Chat Masala
17. Butter
Preparation:
STEP #1: Paneer Marination
Cut paneer in one inch cube sizes. In a bowl mix the following ingredients with the Paneer and refrigerate it for minimum 12 hours.
1. Paneer pieces
2. Salt
3. Kashmiri lal mirch powder 1 tbsp
4. Readymade Tandoori Chicken Masala 2tbsp
5. Lemon Juice (1pc)
STEP #2: Paneer Marination
After 12 hours of the first Marination, add the following in the bowl, mix them well and keep it for another 12 hours or more
1. Coriander leaves, chopped
2. Curd - 1 cup
3. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
6. Cumin Powder 2 tsp
7. Coriander powder 2tsp
8. Readymade chicken masala 1 tbsp
9. Kasuri Methi – 2 tbsp
10. Garam Masala 1tbsp
11. Red chilli powder 1tsp (optional, or to taste)
12. Salt to taste
STEP #3: Cook the Paneer
· Take the paneer out of the refrigerator an hour before cooking
· Use Indian recipe 5-33 (Pre selected menu from Samsung Microwave Manual, MC28M6036C) it will be set for 20 mins (high rack). First pre-heat the plate (it will show pre-heat). After the first been put some mustard oil and the paneer in plates.
· On the second beep (6 Mins), turn the paneer over, apply some mustard oil
· Serve hot with chat masala, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
** Crusty plate will be extremely hot, use gloves.
