Ingredients:
Oats
Onion
Ginger
Tomato finely chopped
Grated carrot
Cumin seed
Black Cumin
Turmeric powder
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Methods:
Add oats to a large bowl . Add water to cover and leave at least an inch of water over the oats. Cover and let sit on the counter overnight (10 - 12 hours).
Add the oats to the blender.
Add chopped Onion and Ginger
blend until smooth
Put the content in a mixing bowl and add:
Tomato finely chopped
Grated carrot
Cumin seed
Black Cumin
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Mixed to make it a batter adding water as needed
Heat the pan, drizzle some oil when the pan is heated.
Put the batter in the middle of the pan (adjust the quantity accordingly)
Cook in low flame for about 4-5 mins (cover the pan if possible)
Turn it when it is firm and red in one side and cook the other side same way for another 4-5 mins.
drizzle few drops of oil
